Returns & Replacements Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return it (see exceptions below).

If the item you ordered is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. If your item is defective please let us know as soon as possible. Most purchases may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Certain products are not returnable, including power generators, commercial and industrial products. Please read the list of non returnable items and categories below. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if the return is not in the original packaging, is not in like new condition or if instructions and accessories are missing. As all units are shipped from US, shipping charges from your address to US will be charged.

After 30 days most unopened and opened items may be returned in the original packaging with instructions and accessories within 60 days of purchase for a partial refund. Certain products are not returnable, including power generators, commercial and industrial products. Please read the list of non returnable items and categories below. After 30 days refunds on returns will be reduced by a 30% restocking fee. An additional 15% restocking fee will be charged if the unit is not in the original packaging, is not in like new condition or if instructions and accessories are missing. As all units are shipped from US, shipping charges from your address to US will be charged.


Shipping charges on the original purchase cannot be refunded. However you may keep any coupons or gifts sent to you in respect to your purchase.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the shipping time for the manufacturer to receive your return from the shipper, inspection and the time it takes for your credit card company to process your refund. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have processed you return.

  • Important: Obtain insurance equal to the purchase price of the item. Returns that arrive damaged will result in additional fees that will reduce the refund. Insuring the return for your cost will help you recover your cost.
  • Return the item in the original packaging according to the instructions.
  • Important: E-mail the tracking number at as soon as you send the return.
  • With the tracking number we can tell the manufacturer when the item arrived and the person who signed for it. With this proof, we can influence a rapid processing of the return. This helps us to process your return quickly.
  • After the manufacturer has processed the return, we will calculate and issue the refund.
  • If the unit was lost or damaged in transit we will let you know so that you can file a claim with your shipper.

With our commitment to quality, our policy is that all cancellations or changes must be received no less than three (3) calendar days before your start date. Example: If you are beginning your Cleanse on a Monday, any changes or cancellations must be requested by Friday at 3pm to avoid penalty. Otherwise no refunds OR credits will be issued.
